Awesome Art 1

Age 6.5 - 9.5

In this beginner to intermediate class, students will learn about elements & principles of design, art history, enhance skills, and use a variety of mediums & techniques while making ART! More importantly, your child will develop their own artistic style as they grow!
Prerequisite:
If student has just turned 6.5 and is very beginner or has special needs, please enroll in Little Picassos first.

No time for an afterschool class? Check out the "Saturday Art Class" tab below for our 1-day Saturday Awesome Art 1 classes. Build REAL art skills on your schedule. Held the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. Please register at least 5 days in advance.

Is this class the right fit for your child?
Our standard fine art classes provide structured, technical lessons, where students focus on step-by-step instruction as a group. Because we want every child to thrive, please note that our studio does not have specialized educators or behavioral support staff on site. If your child requires close one-on-one guidance, struggles with group focus, or exhibits continuous verbal outbursts, our standard classes may not be the best fit. Instead, we warmly invite you to consider a private art lesson or explore our monthly Neuro-Creative ART class,  which is specifically designed for various learning and communication styles in a creative space.
